I don’t know anything about the bike, but the saddle alone is worth that.
Clean vintage cannondale aluminum frame, Vintage possibly Sew up tires, brooks tri spring saddle, possibly a Chris king headset?, suspension seat post, ridiculous riser flat handlebars and flat pedals. This is a dream bike to fix up and do some cool stuff with but that kind of person would never ask the internet if it was worth $45 to use as a cruiser bike.
