Just got a new Canyon Endurace in the mail yesterday and package had punctures in it from (probably) being dropped. The biggest one was right next to my front wheel, which seems to be warped in some way. Does this seem like something that could be solved by retruing, or is it a warranty issue?

That can be trued. It’s a bit rubbish that it arrived like that, but if you know what you’re doing truing it will take far less time than any sort of warranty claim.
