So basically this is the only bike I own, and I was considering trying some bike packing, though likely only for a weekend so I wouldn't need to carry that much. I'd love some help with how to carry stuff with it though, as it's quite lacking in mounting points (only one set of bottle bosses, nothing on the fork, and the dropper post makes mounting anything from the seatpost hard. I'd love your ideas and suggestions, though try to keep them fairly budget as I'm poor

You can carry the most pounds per dollar spent with a rack and panniers. You could literally carry all your gear with it. Find the cheapest, most robust rack you can for a bike that has no mounts, and some giant cheap Ortlieb style waterproof panniers off Amazon. Bonus it’s usable after a bikepacking trip.
If you’re just doing one weekend trip and want to keep it as cheap as possible, find a waterproof bag and strap it to your bars. Put your sleep kit, as well as all the other things you won’t need for most of the day in there. Stuff the rest of what you need in a backpack. If you need more space, try strapping/taping what you can to the frame. I’ve also seen people do their first bikepacking trip by simply taking their hiking backpack and riding with it for a couple days, but I do not recommend it.
Have fun!
Just google bikepacking bags.

Since you can’t mount racks, you’re looking at a saddle pack, stem pack, fork bags, handlebar bag, stem bag(s). You could potentially fit something like the Focus adventure rack in the back.
Brand name bags are relatively expensive. You can get cheap bags from AliExpress or Amazon, or learn to make them yourself.
Ditch the dropper post and install a saddlebag, combine with a top tube bag
Add “any cage” on the forks with Topeak versamount (protective tape on the fork,)
