If it is a new bike only 4 weeks old, did you check the bike when you got it new? Was it defective ? Call Canyon Support
I mean that wouldn’t be a Canyon Grizl problem, they don’t make the chains and cassettes. But contact Canyon support if you got it 4 weeks ago.
