Which is better ?

Hi guys , I'm kinda new to mountain biking and I'm just now trying to do some actually trails , and I need a new bike for that since my won't last. I have been searching the used market mostly because of my tight budget (about 200€-250€ since my skill is pretty low other that simple small jumps) and I found 2 bikes that I thought would be a good deal. A Ghost Kato for 235€ and a btwin 540 for 110€. And while I think the ghost is better it still is more expensive than the btwin and I wanted to ask your opinion on if it any of them is a good deal and which one would be better.
