      The weak point is the micro switches in the buttons, mine stopped working after less than a year. The aliexpess seller, the official Cycplus store, does not respect the guarantee and offers a refund of 5 USD

      I have two C3 sensors, but cannot get the unit to measure power output. What should I be doing to have the power reading display on the M1 unit?

      I really like my M1, and have it paired up to cycplus sensors for cadence and speed. It seems to measure speed accurately when moving (outside, or on trainer), BUT the speed is NOT accurate when stopped (i.e. it will read anywhere from 4mph-10mph while not moving). Any idea what might cause this and how to fix it?

      I am using Cycplus M1. But I hate this machine. It's so hard to sync my activities! It has terrible firmware. If some activities are long, your job is very difficult. You have to try it over and over. You may can not sync some of them. You may lost some of them. You have no other choice but Bluetooh to transfer Fit files. Cannot connect to mac or PC via USB. I do not recommend this poor quality and full of deficiencies machine to anyone..

      @cycplus please help, my computer is turned on and on the app it shows its connected to my whoop wrist band for heart rate aswell as my cycplus cadence sensor.

      How ever once I go to C2 then press the left button for it to search the sensors it will show my cadence and heart rate for about 2 seconds and when the flashing it over it goes back to the original screen but in the bottom left stops showing any cadence or heart rate.

      Why does it disappear, how do I get it to stay???

      i got some problem with speed/cafence sensor when i turn on my m1 its wotking for a couple of minute and than it sudenly turn off

      Hi @cycplus9684, I have a problem viewing or syncing workouts, I see an error: "Get Workouts File failed" when I try to see the Storage>Workout in the XOSS app. Is there something I can do? I reset the devide already to no luck. Thanks

      Hi. I'm using CYCPLUS M1 for 2 months. I have a problem. I'm opening an activity on my phone with strava. After the activity finished, I stop CYCPLUS activity too and synchronize with phone. Xoss application sends it to strava. Between two strava activities, recorded by strava and recorded by CYCPLUS M1, occurs a time difference about a few minutes. At the beginning, difference is a little much but at the end it grows. How can I fix this problem

      I got a cycplus m1 and comparing with my strava for Android the diffrence of both training was 4km.
      Which of them is more accurate? Should I use a speed sensor for better results?

      The standard is when something is blinking that's means you are in the menu and able to change it! This entire thing is done backwards. The way it's programmed when it's flashing it's set 🤦‍♂It should be like this. Click to C5, push a button and the mph will blink, hit button again to change to kph, another button will set it and it will stop blinking. Then you move to the next menu.
