New Shwalbe Nobby Nics 29” on a 2021 polygon siskiu. Tried soaping them up, deflated and inflated again, looked for inner tube stuck under tire and no explanation. My old tires never wobbled and I don’t think I moved the rims around enough to bend them on the install. Any recommendations welcomed!

Also forgot to ask, does the second half of the clip show they’re not seated correctly because of the line disappearing into the rim?
