1 looks comfy and light, but I’d choose 2 for handlebar mounting options. My front light doesn’t turn side-to-side so a bar section that is perpendicular to the tire works best for me.

I ponyed up for Ahearne’s Uprising bar for it’s larger cross bar diameter – should allow more room for add-ons later on.
That being said, it was 840mm wide and even for someone used to 800mm bars, was a bit too wide. Feels weird cutting down $120 bars.
