Hi! I have no idea what I’m doing and English is not my first language, so I’m definitely gonna get all the bike-terms wrong, apologies in advance.
So I had to change the hose in my back tire, and to take of the tire I had to kinda pick apart the gear. I took a picture to remember how the gear used to look like. When I put the tire back, I tried to put the gear back together just like how it looked in the picture.
But when was done, I couldn’t shift gears from the first one. I don’t know any of these terms but I’m gonna try to explain this the best I can. You know those little numbers right by the handle, that shows how easy/hard it is to push the pedals? Even though I put that number to seven, the pedals are still super duper easy to push.
I really hope this made somewhat sense, I have no idea what I’m doing. If anyone has any advice or suggestions, I would be eternally grateful. I tried to add some pictures on how my gear looked like before, and look like now. The first picture is how it looked like before, and the rest of them are how it looks now.

The anti-rotation (non-turn) washer in the first picture is missing in the other pictures. When you mount the washer you’ll notice that you mounted the cassette joint incorrectly since it will point in an odd direction and not as seen in the first picture.

The main reason you have no gears is the cable fitting is incorrect.
Flick the cable out from under that red gear marker. To get the gear cable connector into the hook shaped slot you can turn/rotate it with a small open end spanner that fits neatly on to those two flat sides. Once you’ve done this sort the axle out and fit the anti-rotation washer. Sort your chain tension out and tighten the nuts. Next adjust the gears. In a certain gear those two red lines will come close together. Adjust the cable tension so they line up. Time for test ride.
I’ve hurt myself so bad on these pesky hubs several times. Once dialled in however they are good for years I’ve found
