    Touring bikes tend to hold their value. I myself searched for a while and was very happy to find a vintage touring bike for $80, and a two-hour drive. I bought it the day it was posted because I didn’t want anyone to snag it. I’m not intimately familiar with the specs of this particular bike, but absolutely a steal. You can look at listings of the Miyata 1000 or Centurion pro-tour for example. This bike wouldn’t sell for as much as one of those, it doesn’t have quite the same brand recognition, but still there will be some interest.
