Maybe. You have no drop outs so you would need a rack that fits with your QR skewers and then an adapter at the seat area, either something to clamp onto the seat tube or a seat post clamp that includes rack eyelets.

You can get a rack that clamps to the seat post. Or you something like trek seat collar with eyelets you would mount the rear rack to the eyelets and to the rear wheel axel
