Can you ID this Cannondale? The owner wants $300 for it. Says he has no idea what model it is exactly.

I know nothing about bikes. There’s a free bike rental program near me and I use that when I go riding, but none of the bikes are well-maintained. I want to get my own.

I saw this ad posted. The owner is a retiree who said he thought he’d get more use out of it. He wants $300.
