Looks more like a sculpture. Not very functional.
I’m guessing rear wheel parking only otherwise it’ll fall over. You’ll need a long lock to be able to get it through the rear triangle and I wouldn’t want to only lock the rear wheel. Personally I’d just put my bike on the other side of the rack, lean it against it and lock it through the frame.
Cool bike stand. Completely useless as a bike rack.

You can lock 2 or 3 bikes along the back.
The front is best used as a bench.

Most bike racks suck, especially this one. For the most part, they’re poorly designed for locking bicycles to them.
Most artistic bike racks are just that. For looks. Actually safely locking a bike is almost impossible on that.

Looks like a state/national park trying to make their bike rack look “rustic.”
If they really wanted to do that, a triathlon-style tall sawhorse setup would do the trick. Secure (for people who know how to use it), and more lockable than this. Would kind of suck for a loaded touring bike, though.

It’s better than nothing
This is one of the least functional bike racks I’ve ever viewed. This rack would allow for most to only lock from the front tire if used as designed. If your bike is equipped with a quick release hub, it does nothing to actually secure your bike. A proper bike rack should support the frame of a bike making contact in 2 locations for stability. This and those “comb” style racks where the front tire is inserted in something to support the weight of he entire bicycle are referred to as wheel benders. They should be outlawed.
Any bike rack that doesn’t let you easily fit a U lock around your frame a wheel and the rack is a shitty bike rack
