Is my shock done?

Fell pretty hard yesterday and now my shock makes this noise and feels extra soft. Still moves to about 50% compression when it is locked. Shop at the mountain said it was fine and that they just needed to tighten a bolt and the sound went away. Sound returned when I got home. Checked all bolts back there and they are tight. Shock is a RockShox deluxe select + 65mm and the bike is a 2021 Commencal clash.
