It’s a 1980’s peugeot crazy horse, slowly upgrading the stock components as I go or they fail.
The FD was broken when I bought the bike (Delrin was not made to last) so I put a shimano 600 to replace it.
Replaced the grips with some AliExpress Ergon style knockoffs, and the stock saddle with an AliExpress specialized power saddle.
I replaced the admittedly cool, but too-plasticky-for-me pedals with some MKS Sylvans.
Now I’ve put on this 8sp deore LX/Araya tm18 wheelset with maxxis DTHs on to replace the Maillard helicomatic diabolo/weinnman with the original Swallow (now Schwalbe) Cruiser tires.
