


What are these even called? “Skeleton” stems?
I’ve been looking to get a silver stem for my bike and I don’t want to get common uno stems or even Thomsons because I’d like to give my bike some character, while still keeping it clean. I’ve come across these Modolo stems and I know other manufacturers used to make stems like this, e.g. Cinelli Alter.
Unfortunately I can’t find any other stems like these because I don’t know what they’re called. Skeleton stems?
Do you guys have any recommendations for cool stems like these? (If I was hecka rich I’d purchase the Modolo Tau w/o hesitation but I’m not willing to pay 300 USD for a stem.)
And does anybody know what these stems are called?

Cheaper than the Tau stem you mentioned, but still big money.
