Just got my new Grizl and a bike with electric shifting for the first time.
Unfortunately, the initial delivery was missing the charging cable completely. After contacting Canyon they send the cable shown on the last picture.
As there is no instruction on the Di2 included I wonder how to charge. I only found the charging port at the right drop bar (see picture). The cable I received doesn’t fit to this port. I wonder if there is another port I am missing or did Canyon send me the wrong charger?
The charger I received seems familiar for the charging port which is usually at the rear derailleur at non GRX groupsets. But for grx i cannot locate any port there.

Wrong cable. They sent a cable for 12 speed derailleurs…
Of course it’s annoying when you buy a nice bike and then can only look at it because someone didn’t do their job…
Then you turn to the service department and most likely give them your customer details (for me it was always the customer number/chassis number) and again someone doesn’t do their job… or only does it halfway.
Just annoying, I hope you get a replacement quickly (free of charge), because no matter which cable, they are not “cheap”.
This is not intended to devalue Canyon’s service, I myself have owned several bikes from Canyon for years and have handled various repairs and warranties without any problems.
Nevertheless, I wish you a lot of fun with the bike, many beautiful kilometers on all surfaces.
