is it plastic? i’d say small magnet if not and if yes, small tweezers. you could also shake the thing. eventually it has to come out

Why did you unscrew it in the first place???😵💫 rotate the wheel till the valve hole point downwards, shake it until female thread is at the hole end, grab a toothpick, poke it in the valve extender, turn it 90 degrees till square with the valve hole, let it fall out
