Starting at Serra de Sintra with the rougher enduro trails of the city. Progressing to a dirt jump spot at Outeiro da Vela in Cascais and finishing at the city center on Monsanto.

hey yo my name Isel sza and today I’ll be taking you around into the best Manion biking Sports in lesbian let’s [Music] [Music] [Music] go today I’ll be touring you around the three best hotpots to ride in Lisbon we’re starting up in cintra heading on to the dirt jumps at kashkash and finishing up almost in downtown at monant now just over 30 minutes from lesbon by car you can find one of the best biggest and most incredible trails you’ll ever ride this is called sintra and these trails are clearly a un forgettable [Music] scenery SE Ki cars it’s starting the day once again in a beautiful shape that’s just beautiful I have to say the best trailing Center at the moment [Applause] what you you L shook good it’s flipping ice man this trial is just it’s just something else woo yeah boy yeah boy let’s fliping go let’s flip and go slow down through these Rocky sections and leave it rolling oh this is a heck of a warm up heck of a warm up here at CRA this is just beautiful just incredible for the first ride of the day oh love this every day all day yeah buddy yeah buddy yeah it’s so goddamn nice wo that’s just beautiful that’s just looking beautiful this area is very famous among the Portuguese Riders so if you every round and need some directions don’t mind asking the Riders around cuz everybody’s going to be very keen to help you out through this area now today we joined a bigger group to test out some new trails that have just been rebuilt this weekend okay Mal it is H say what Mal it is you before uh I believe maybe once maybe once let’s see let’s go Goodman yeah buddy woo [Music] yes such a nice Trail it’s been clinged recently that’s why we’re doing it yeah oh this is so nice woo hey on to man I get lose for you oh this is nice mate one which one is the oh but this is a jump is this a jump no you see how stupid they are I was thinking like from there oh nice prepare but this is not the jump the jump is there man that’s bloody nice the W hey man okay let’s try and hit that jump though that’s a brand new beautiful feature just beautiful oh I’m tired from climbing this let’s go just flipping beautiful yep y that’s just marvelous it’s it’s marvelous it’s just bloody marvelous man man have you seen the bottom section no this is even better it’s 10 after 10 so beautiful and I did it low speed man low speed next time I will push more I will improve more but now we just crack the wall you know yeah yeah man I have hey there is my if not him I will never do it he make it looks very easy yeah y That’s just beautiful that’s just bloody beautiful oh my hip jump let’s go oh my that’s just bloody beautiful the biggest jump coming I had oh that’s just such a nice jump oh that’s just beautiful W I love [Applause] [Music] it [Music] [Music] [Music] outside of cra’s natural beauty we headed to a restaurant called and if you’re a cyclist you’re on CRA oraj let me tell you this is a must very good local food just refill the energies for afternoons or morning rides and just over 20 minutes over the hills of CRA you you can find one of the best dirt Chum Sports around this place is called oter and was built by proide in kashkash yes a good couple of dirt jumps small medium and big with rollers skill lines wall rides everything you need to know to progress on jumps it’s right [Music] here woo [Music] what [Music] you [Music] yeah [Music] hey what oh that’s right thank see youa like it you [Music] yeah got I got a foot up thank come on yeah boy woohoo woohoo Yeah Boy [Applause] [Music] woo [Music] y over from the ocean views at kashk we’re headed to Lisbon downtown or almost cuz mostan is a forest located in the middle of the city so if you rented a bike don’t have a shuttle don’t have a car or any method of transportation this is the place for you no matter where you are in Lisbon this is going to be 20 minutes or less by paddle how fortunate from Easy trails to intermediate this is easier than cintra but still very fun climbs are short trails are also somewhat short and this is going to be accessible to everybody so let’s give it a try well and we couldn’t really to Lisbon without speaking about the most central place of the mall monant and here we are into in my opinion the best trail monan has to offer this Trail SK A1 it’s long maybe one of the longest it’s not too tactical it’s just fast flowy with good jumps and uh the length is just beautiful I mean my opinion the best trail M has to offer check out W Motocross style there oh my this Trail is just insane grip today is let’s call it hero dirt because it’s rained for a whole week made Sun for a full on weekend and uh wow trails are compact they not too dry not too W they just perfect oh my this might just be one of the biggest jums right there there’s nothing much bigger than that so if you’re a beginner intermediate or actually an advanced Rider I can assure you that you can have fun in these Trails check it out I’m well I know a couple of lines here but this is the type of Trail you can almost do blindly maybe there’s one or two jumps you shouldn’t really do blindly but any intermediate Rider should be able to do these Trails top to bottom at a moderate speed blind way so not saying you should but you can woo very first jumpy section coming ahead yes so that’s just beautiful check it out the scenery it’s a little later in the afternoon that’s why there’s not much sun inside these woods but I can still see a lot of the trails still using these Shades and uh W that’s fun let’s go you have to cross I think two fire roads and one street so that’s one street and one Fire Road done good a couple of jumps here at the end this is without a doubt the best trail of s the best trail of mon I was just mixing it up with CRA but it’s just more sun right that’s just beautiful grip is just feeling amazing yes sir woo W blood nice well and I’ve just got to say if you rented a bike in the lesbon downtown don’t really have friends don’t know where to ride Mand is just the best place for you cuz it’s close by it’s really in the center leson it’s it’s a forest a beautiful forest in the center of the city uh you can come here by peddle no matter where you enter bike you can come here by peddle don’t really need to have a shuttle to go to C SK so uh the climbs are very easy everything is either a fire Road or cyclopath so you’re very safe around here Trails have to say you’re a beginner intermediate or expert Rider you can have fun in here you have Trails for everything you can almost do everything blindly without really having to worry about anything so we just did a one going to head on to the next ones well unfortunately it’s getting to the end of the day and Sun’s setting so this might just be the last trail of today because otherwise I won’t be able to record anything else this Trail is called jigon it’s an amazing jumpy Trail here from Mon and uh shorter than anyone but very very fun what an afternoon it’s made today y already took my shades off cuz I couldn’t see anything with them you have so many options in more sun to do oh my Lord this is Muddy I was telling you about hero DT but has a little bit of mud in it you oh man you have so many options you can start one Trail and end it on the other and just it’s about creativity here you can do the exra trail you can do so many others so many sections differently check that Sunset oh this just been rebuilt new Jump so Bo it’s just beautiful and getting to the tree last final jumps let’s go that it is what a nice trail that is to finish the
