Based on all Castelli’s size charts and guide they recommend a XS or S for jerseys. I was in a shop today and tried on a medium in their climbers jersey and it fits fine? What do you think, should I size down to a small?
The zipper does bunch up quite a bit when I lean forward.

Hmmmmm, although it looks good maybe you want it a bit shorter on the sleeves and the bottom of the jersey? It would be good to see how the small fits. Good luck
Yeah, Castelli runs about a half size small. But I would still go with the small instead of medium. I went with a medium thinking it would be right, but it’s just too long. I am 5’8 and 143 pounds though
