You can get a narrower handlebar, or a shorter stem, or both. How wide is your handlebar? Plenty of people even taller than you ride 38cm wide handlebars
Those handlebars are long-reach deep-drop bars, plus the levers are installed too low on the drop bar curve, which extends the reach even further.
You can get short-reach shallow-drop bars. Like the Bontrager VR-S. And install the levers further up the curve.
