so a 32.441748 and simil I don’t really think I pushed myself hard enough in that things started to hurt I just sort of cruised towards the finish I didn’t really push through and give it my all I don’t think so again maybe a tad disappointed with this swim a little bit confused as to why I’m not swimming 50 fly as well as I was last year but good to get the first swim out the way and ready for the main events for more swimming content subscribe to my YouTube channel

Try to kick underwater a lot.
