    yes sir!! i buy a new helmet all 3-4 months anyway…………… im a bike messenger so i drop my helmet here and there so i think replacing your helmet is always smart.. and i see you have a mips helmet, BRAVO! have a good one my dude

    Yes, every time after a bad fall and if the helmet gets damaged it has to be replaced.

    Define ‘need’?

    If you just need to comply with local traffic laws, no – this will be fine.

    If you wish to protect your brain from irreversable traumatic injury in the future – get a new helmet, this one has done its job.

  8. Fill it with ramen and Elmer’s glue, followed by a nice sanding with fine grit paper. Should be good as new.
