No. I mean if you really want a chromed out Pista, I guess it’s fair.
Cons: The wheels are mismatched. The Pista fork is ugly as sin and most Pista hype beasts replace them.
Pros: You could the resell the saddle for some bones. It’s chrome 🤩
If you want a quality steel frame and don’t care about branding / chrome, there are better value options
It’s FB marketplace, make an offer. (Or when you see the bike, inspect it carefully (make sure all the bearings turn without play) and use flaws to talk to down the price
