While checking out Laurens Ten Dam’s setup for the Tour Divide I noticed the mount he has from the saddle bar to his saddle bag. I have seen these things more and more but can’t find them when searching. Does anyone know what kind of mounts there are? Would like to know more about them

That’s a tailfin rack. But you can see other options, like the Topeak version, by searching for “beam rack” in Google.
