That’s gonna be a no from me dog. Neither of your zipps are 28h
Not for the front wheel I guess. The front wheel is not 28 holes and I’m afraid there will be problems with using 28H hubs on it. The rear wheel should be fine.
The rear is 28H but the front is not so you can only re-lace the rear wheel. Me personally, I would NOT re-lace the wheel. Save your money and get a proper track wheelset in the future.
