I have been wanting to buy a bmx for some time and I found an offer for one with good quality parts, but it is repaired from the back… Is it worth it? An unrepaired one is almost double the price. (I might buy it today because it's pretty cheap, only if it's worth it)

Absolutely not IMO. Welding is super complicated and you have no idea if the weld is structurally sound or not. I wouldn’t risk it snapping and catastrophically failing. If the existing parts are decent, it may be worth buying it and getting a used frame.
No, not unless you did it/had it done yourself and know for an absolute fact that it was done properly, and even then it’s a bit dodgy. I own 2 rewelded BMX frames and knowing that they have already failed in the past makes it very hard to commit to anything serious on them

Zooming in on the welds I say no. They were done by someone that could weld, but wasn’t a welder. They are ok welds, but not good. For something that is going to take stress every time you land on the back wheel you want welds that are done by someone who really knows what they’re doing. Unless it’s super cheap and you are just testing if you’re really going to get into riding I would pass. I’m a welder a tube that was already welded needs to be welded correctly and cooled correctly to maintain as close to full strength as possible.
If it was welded properly then I wouldn’t hesitate. If you don’t know what proper is then stay away. The bike in the pic is 🗑️ unless you get it cheap enough for parts. I don’t understand how they welded it cold, but also got undercut on that weld. That weld is pure trash.
If the other parts are good just get it, and transfer those parts to a different frame.
I’ve rewelded one of my frame (multiple times), usually it’ll crack somewhere else before a reweld shits. Don’t pay good money for rewelded stuff especially when it’s been MIG bodged by some nobody.
