Also I found what I think is the only gravel path in my area, shame it’s only a few hundred feet before turning into sand/dirt again

Unreal! I grew up on LI sound and spent all my free time poking around the shore and up tribs to the marshes. Spent the last 40+ years away from the ocean, and damned if I couldn’t smell the salt marsh! Thank you for the too brief trip!
