Was hoping to get some help on this one. I’m looking to buy a road bike. Found this one. It’s listed as a “Cannondale Spectrum” but I can just barely make out “Synapse” on the top tube. This is the only photo. I don’t think a spectrum is even an actual model. He doesn’t know much about it but said it was a 2018. Can anyone help out with the year/model on this one? He’s asking $750. Thank you!

Might need new tires/tubes given that the ones in the pic are flat. 450ish if the tires need replacing, 550-600 if not.
