    Use a carbon fiber assembly paste, such as fiber grip on the handlebar, between the faceplate and handlebar. Also it appears that you broke the spoke nipple and not the spoke. You probably can replace that and keep riding. The piece in the rim will probably fall out during the process of replacement. If you remove the tire, tube and rim tape, then shake the wheel the small piece will most likely fall out. Just make sure you get the correct size nipple.

  3. If your handlebars rotated when you had an accident but never moved otherwise, I’d put them back in place but not add anything new.

    In an accident, I’d rather my bars or stem rotate away from me rather than remain in position and apply that but of extra force on my body.
