Bought this frame recently. The seller told me that it might be Galmozzi from 60s-70s. I doubt that, because galmozzi didn’t have that many track frames and the lugs on them are quite different. The BB is Italian threaded, seat tube is approximately 26.8-27.0 (it’s difficult to measure, cause it’s been repaired, I didn’t find a suitable seatpost, so I had to grind down a 27.2 one). The serial number is at the top of the seat tube and it might have been damaged.
The fork is not original, the chrome finish on the steerer and around dropouts is.
