Best bikepacking destinations oct/nov/dec

Hi all!

Could y’all help me? I want to make a bikepacking trip of 3 months from October till December. What would be a great destination in terms of weather, nature, culture and safety?

I thought about Japan, but I think December might be too cold? Also Indonesia, but a lot a rain then I expect?

Anyway looking for some inspiration!

Also, this was last May, during a bikepacking trip in New-England, USA. Highly recommend it!
