Hi,

I recently received my Grizl 8 1by AL.

The free-hub is making this pulsing/ Oscillating ilating noise. I checked the springs and they were installed with the narrower end pointing to the two ratcheting washers. The noise is not consistent like normal hub noise. Is this normal for DT Swiss hub?

My rear wheel is also slightly wobbly and needs to be trued.

The Gears were not shifting properly so I adjusted them. The shifting is fine now but they are not running as smooth as I thought for GRX 820 series. Is this noise related to adjustment or is it a faulty component or is it just normal?
Here is a link to that video.

Canyon has told me to either take it to a bike shop or return it but they no longer have this in stock until August. Would you fix this or return it and go for sth else like Trek checkpoint ALR 5 for same price or sth more expensive Canyon Cf SL 8 (if budget is not a big issue). I am worried I get the CF SL 8 and end up with similar issues.

Thank you for any help on this. This is my first serious bike.

Freehub Sounds normal. Tires are not balanced and always have a small swing which provokes this sound
