    Take it off you front chainring then pop in back on your driver then put it half back on your front chainring an spin the pedals

  2. If you can un-tighten the back wheel and push it towards the frame, it should loosen the chain enough so you can reseat it back onto the driver’s teeth.

    I would check how tight the chain is too when you tighten the wheel back up to try avoid it happening again.

    I’d it popped off something is probably bent if it’s all stock or misaligned if it’s modified.
