2 weeks ago I bought my first road bike Twitter stealth pro full carbon.
The problem that I’m having is that the headset and fork have a 2mm wiggle. This wiggle is only front and back it does not move to the sides.
Is it normal?
Don’t know if this help but when I brake it feels like the bike have ABS braking system because, while braking, that wiggle moves forward and backwards constantly

Thanks!

Is this normal!?

  1. No. That’s headset play. It will fuck up your fork and possibly frame if you continue riding it like that. Look up how to properly adjust a headset. Make sure to tighten to stem bolts to correct torque after adjusting.

Ok thanks to all! Since I don’t have a torque wrench I will take it to a shop.
The bike came pre build. I only had to install the front wheel, pedals and seat

not normal.. loosen pinch bolts on stem, tighten top cap town to preload headset(not too tight, barely hand tight) realign stem and tighten pinch bolts to spec
