Chain wants to come off especially at lower cogs, but jumps back in. Does this hanger look bent? I have not dropped the bike or hit the derailleur, just rode for a while with the chain outside of a pulley.

I meant lower gears, sorry.
Can’t tell for sure from that photo if the RD is straight or bent. But what you’re describing sounds like indexing issues. Looking from behind you could check if the top jockey is aligned with the cog it’s shifted to. If it isn’t then the RD needs its indexing fine tuned.
