So last weekend had a few occurrences of this bag scraping against front wheel while riding.
I was thinking of glueing an old inner tube to bottom. Question is will bison kit work? If not have any recommendations on hoe to patch it? I'm based in the Netherlands if that helps with materials.

I would try to put a large re-enforcement patch sewn on with something like 1000d cordura in case it happened again. You could glue it on too and use seam sealer in the stitches inside and out to keep it waterproof.
