Got handed a new bike to try cross, front tyre is pretty dead but I’ve got no idea on how to deflate the inner tube, it doesn’t looks like a shrader, presta nor Dunlop tip

It looks like a valve CAP, designed to look fakey fake like a valve. See if it screws off!
That tire is in terrible condition. You might want to replace it before you re-inflate
Cut open the tyre
Tell it that its not a very good tyre and you never liked it anyway.
It looks like an extension. Just push a spoke or something in the hole and see if it opens the valve, or just cut it off.
Have you put a pick into the valve hole? Looks to me like a presta valve but the nut and threaded rod broke off. Are these tubulars?
since you’re already replacing the tire (you’re replacing the tire) just stab it with something small. idk if it’ll pop or explode if you stab it with a big knife, but i’m always anxious about that.
Put a knife in the sidewall?

Cut the tire so that so that no one else gets the idea that is it still useable lol
