I’m not sure why my text didn’t show up so I’ll put it here.

It’s basically a drop bar MTB but maybe some of the little bits make it an X-Bike?

I’m running 11 speed friction with an old Dura-Ace barcon on a Paul Thumbie. Wolf Tooth Goat Link and Tan Pan adapters make it work with a new XT derrailleur. 30 tooth narrow-wide chainring and 11-50 cassette.

The wheels are White Industries hubs laced to Velocity/Simworks Standalone rims in green. DT Swiss 14g 3 cross built by my LBS. Victoria Mezcal 2.35s.

Paul Klampers that I’ve had for 22 years with Dura-Ace 7402 levers and 203/180mm rotors. Similarly ancient Race Face cranks with beautiful new Tectonic pedals

Crust Nullalabar with a 70mm Velo Orange stem, brass spacers and stem cap from Blue Lug. Brooks leather tape on top of some foamy stuff. I had some fancy bar end plugs but they fell out so I went with wine corks.

I got a deal on the Thomson dropper post, it’s been great in the steep stuff. I started with an old Flite saddle but it broke in France and I rode it that way for way too many km before finding a Brooks C-17 in Plymouth.

Tumbleweed T-racks with a bunch of King Cages support a mix of bags- Wizard Works, Randi-Jo, Rogue Panda, Revelate and Shaka.
