You could try re-greasing it (looks bone dry), but honestly a new one isn’t that expensive.
These always appear a little loose and wobbly like this. If it’s smooth and not clunking when the cranks are in, it’s fine. Bearings in these basically live forever, unless rusted from water ingress.
