Just got my new canyon endurance CF 7 delivered yesterday and having a lot of assembly issues! First off the expansion plug was too low and now this (see pic). Any suggestions on what to do? Not sure what the issue is, this is my first road bike!

Also just moved the top part down but now I have this issue

Are you sure that the expansion plug was too low? From my understanding canyon designs them to be mounted below where the stem actually clamps
