(2007 epic s-works Carbon disc) when I change the suspension compression a lot of oil leaks and I would like to know if this is normal and how to solve the problem. Plus it’s very stickysh and hard to work properly. If you have questions I will try to answer them. Thank you!

No it’s not normal, the shock needs a service. The brain isn’t a normal compression damper and remote reservoir, it has a shuttle valve internally, so needs a special service. Send it in to a shop that has the appropriate tools and expertise.
That shock should be serviced every year if you ride often, they’re quite picky about regular maintenance. Of course it’s quite old now and they never were very reliable, so it’s possible you’ll find that no one will be able to service it and replacements are impossible to find.
