Looks ok, there is another hole for the fixing rod to go through which would mean it’s less sticking in the air and resting a little higher on the seat post.

My strap that goes around the seat post is hiked WAY up. I did my last trip this way loaded to the gills and it held up great didn’t move at all. I set the seat post strap first. Then hung the other two.
