Bearings Problem

Hello,

Some time ago, I replaced the bearings on my Fixie Inc. bike. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been quite right since then. When I pull on the handlebars, there’s some play between the cable and the handlebars. I have the following parts: the cable, two bearings, and a connector. Unfortunately, I’m not sure about the correct assembly order. Could someone help me with this? I would be very grateful.
