After 8 months of moderate trail riding, I've found my first loose bolt. Here's a link to another post with photos. I opened up the dust cover today and sure enough, this 25NM bolt was finger loose. Thankfully I had a torque wrench on hand to put it back together.
I wish that I could say that was the first loose frame bolt, but it wasn't. I've had to retorque a few others that I noticed had become scary loose. I'm at the point where I'm considering a full tear down to re-torque all the frame & suspension bolts to spec. Is that crazy? Or is this considered normal wear & tear.

Normal. You should be checking these bolts frequently. If you have repeated issues with the same bolts coming loose, consider rebuild / clean / application of threadlocker.
