I have found a great deal on a 2021 Kona Libre EL that would allow my girlfriend to join me on rides. However it is a 56cm frame so its slightly too large as she is 5' 6.5" (169cm) with a 30.75" (78cm) inseam. Unless she has a very long torso, probably too big. Has she been fitted for a bike? That’s the only way to really know.
I am about that height and ride a 52cm.
