Just wanted to share my setup.

Bike is Croix de fer Ti with GRX 11 x 2

Standard pannier rack with 14L drybag with sleeping gear: nemo quasar 3d insulated sleeping mat – very comfortable but heavy at 800g
Big Agnes coppur spur UL2 bikepacking- perfect tent.
Cheap aegismax sleepingbag. Cooking stove and clothes

2 mini panniers from Framework designs containing food, patagonia nanopuff and a helinox groundchair.
I also carry coffee beans, commandante coffee grinder and aeropress.

Framebag from Treadlite: tentpoles, battery pack, lube and sealant with other bits n bobs.

Cranktank 4L: water

Wizard works basketbag ( paired with wald 137) with lots of bits n bobs I might need.

Borg28 650b wheelset (50mm) with Son28 dynamo – this is connected to a Llum dynamo front light and rearlight setup. It's a Frenchmade light and charger setup. Not many reviews on this one but it works well and seems reliable thusfar.

Bolted to the front of the basket is a insta360 x4 camera- may need to find a higher mountingpoint for better views.

The overall system is a bit weighty but Ive kept what I like from several BP trips thus far. Comfort over weight and I don't mind a hike a bike!

Let me know what you think!

That’s a great setup. Coming from someone currently creating his new setup on first gravel/bikepacking/touring rig. I will research at least 3 pieces of equipment you reference! The only thing I’ve been wondering about is getting a bit more weight forward on my bike than your setup.

Looks great. How much does it weigh? And do you find the water sloshes around in the cranktank?
