I know nothing about bikes. I used to ride some steel Schwinn bike that I've neglected for many years. After having not ridden at all for a few years, I'm moving to a new place that's way more bikeable. At the very least, I'm planning to ride to the gym, about ten minutes of flat road. I might go further into town, but don't plan to ever ride for sport or exercise.
From what I can find online, these all may be old bikes. Still waiting to hear back from the sellers. It seems like the 7000 might be a solid deal and could last me a while. I would love any opinions of any of these bikes, and if you have any advice for a novice navigating the used market. I've found plenty of posts about brands like Trek, Giant, and Specialized, but there are so many models I still have a hard time figuring it out. Thanks!
Link to pictures of the bikes.

It would help a lot if you could upload some photos of these bikes, and maybe a few photos of the old Schwinn just to be certain that it’s not worth fixing the bike that you already have. You could remake this post with pictures, or make an online album in Imgur or another photo sharing website and post it here in a comment.
But you are right, for the most part the brands you’ve mentioned didn’t make any “bad” bicycles and if maintained should last a while.
