I got this frame with a set of sugino Messengers, And some velocity deep V's paired to some originate hubs for free. Already threw those on my other bike. I'm assuming it's '70s to early '80s. Any help would be appreciated!

It’s an old 70’s or 80’s schwinn road bike frame. The serial number will be found either on the bottom bracket, the head tube, or the rear drop out. You can probably search the serial number online as there are vintage schwinn databases which will tell you more about what year/model it could be.
Schwinn… gonna need to be over 6ft tall to ride this frame comfortably
Made in Chicago era that’s a sweet frame. Mine looks similar but is an old Varsity.
Literally made of pig iron. Terrible frame
Look for four digits stamped into the headset badge.
On my Schwinn Cimarron they were very faint.
Those four digits should give you the year and month of manufacture in the Schwinn databases online.
It’s a bike.
Had a very similar Schwinn ‘world tour’ a long time ago.
