
Took my rear wheel off to change tube and remounted it, I’ve a feeling it’s the disk break but I can’t see why it’d suddenly start making this noise.
Tried remounting the wheel a couple of times but no luck

It’s the rotor rubbing against the pads. You’ll be able to see it if you look between the caliper as the wheel rotates.
It can happen when you remount a wheel and the clearance between the pad and the rotor id already tight. Rotor needs to be trued or the caliper realigned.
